Lisk Desktop French translation

After seen some community member translation Lisk Desktop to their native language I decided to follow the movement and translation Lisk Desktop for French users.
French language has its own slang when it comes to technological language, this is already fun !

UPDATE

LiskHQ decide to not accept community translation. Not only that but also to remove currently supported locales. It’s now English only.
